The special issue, curated by X-Men mastermind Kieron Gillen and illustrated by acclaimed artist Rachael Stott, delves into the intricate relationship between Mystique and Destiny, two characters who have played roles in shaping the fate of mutantkind for decades. Another highlight is a story starring Wolverine, written by Tate Bombal and illustrated by Emilio Pilliu, making their Marvel Comics debut. New talents Wyatt Kennedy and Jenn St. Onge present a story about Rogue entrusting Gambit with their wedding bands, promising a tale of complications and heartwarming moments.
The anthology also features Mystique and Destiny seeking pre-marriage counseling from Emma Frost, offering readers a glimpse into the complexities of their relationship.
