Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is chugging right along with film releases like Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, and the television shows Secret Invasion and Loki, and fans are loving the multiverse concept that’s tying all of the content together. Now, the newest Marvel movie, The Marvels, is set to join Phase Five, and it includes a lot of familiar faces from other MCU movies and TV shows you’ve watched.

The Marvels is a follow up to the first Captain Marvel movie, and the Disney+ TV series Ms. Marvel, and it follows Captain Marvel as she gets caught in timelines with Monica Rambeau (who we also saw as a hero in WandaVision) and Kamala Khan. The Marvels definitely has big shoes to fill, as the first film grossed over $1.1 billion worldwide. Captain Marvel was also the fifth-highest-grossing film of 2019, and it ended up being the first female-led superhero film to pass the billion dollar mark.

Directed by Nia DaCosta (who last helmed the 2021 Jordan Peele-produced Candyman) and coming in at 1 hour and 45 minutes, the movie will contain the key to clues left in the characters’ previous appearances, and Marvel enthusiasts are ready for the next part of the story. Of course, you’ll need to sit down and watch the movie first, and we have all the information you need on where and how to see the film. Here’s all the ways you can watch The Marvels.
