A still from Marvel’s Deadpool 3

Yet, at the same time, these spoilers have also brought with them quite the tea as they seemingly tease the inclusion of characters from 4 different Marvel projects, as stuff related to the same was spotted on the sets of the film. These four projects are from four different phases of the MCU and include both movies and series, namely: 2000’s X-Men, 2011’s Captain America, 2022’s Moon Knight, and the most recent masterpiece, Loki.

Starting with the most recent blockbuster that is still ruling fans’ hearts and minds: Marvel’s Loki. As per the most recent updates from @CanWeGetToast on X, the Minutemen aka the prime soldiers of the TVA or the Time Variance Authority from the series were spotted on the sets of Deadpool 3.

Moreover, since the TVA will be included in Wade Wilson’s third film, fans could also get to see Owen Wilson‘s Mobius M. Mobius in the movie. Judging from the looks of it, a lot more than just the Minutemen from Tom Hiddleston‘s Loki could be seen in the upcoming Ryan Reynolds starrer.

2. Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)

Chris Evans‘ Captain America may have retired, but the upcoming Deadpool 3 just might bring him, or at least some of the characters from his very first movie back on the big screen. This comes after another post from @CanWeGetToast on X where Red Skull’s car from Captain America: The First Avenger was spotted on the sets of the movie.

New set photos from ‘DEADPOOL 3’ reveal some vehicles that will be featured in the film.

If what Hollywood insider Daniel Richtman recently claimed about the upcoming Marvel film shaping up to be one of the ‘most important films of Marvel’s current Multiverse Saga’ is indeed true, then there are chances that the vehicle spotted could actually mean more to the third installment of Deadpool than the eyes can see.

This time, a post from @XMenUpdate on X shared some pictures from the sets of Deadpool 3 that seemingly confirmed the involvement of one major character from 2000’s X-Men: Sabretooth. In the images attached, Hugh Jackman was seen in a brawl with the Slasher in one while Reynolds was seen holding the decapitated head of the villain in the other.

However, that isn’t all: further updates from @CanWeGetToast on X also shared a picture of another one of the villains of the original X-Men, Toad. The mutant with the abilities of a toad initially played by Ray Park appeared to be riding in what was the ‘Fantasticar’ from Marvel’s Fantastic Four.

Since confirmation of Jackman’s Wolverine appearing in Ryan Reynolds‘ next came as a pleasant surprise to most fans, the seeming confirmation about his old friend and enemy Sabretooth as well as Toad from the original X-Men from 2000 appearing in the movie will undoubtedly further boost fans’ morale in the film.

4. Moon Knight (2022)

Last but not least: Oscar Isaac‘s 2022 masterpiece, Moon Knight. Once again, @CanWeGetToast on X brought this fact to fans’ attention that a modified cupcake van from last year’s Moon Knight mini-series was among the vehicles spotted on the sets of Deadpool 3, and which might be featured in the upcoming movie.

So some scenes and characters from Moon Knight might be expected to be seen in Deadpool 3 as well—which is nothing short of a treat for most fans considering the massive acclamation the miniseries received from the fans.

Although no confirmation whatsoever has been given by the MCU about any of the characters from the above-listed four projects being included in Deadpool 3, it is worth noting that this upcoming movie is set in Phase Five of the ‘Multiverse Saga’ of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Furthermore, considering the recent projects from the franchise related to the multiverse, it won’t really come as a surprise if these inclusions teased just might happen to be true.

Deadpool 3 is set to hit the theatres on the 26th of July, 2024 (and the excitement just can’t be held on to any longer!)
