Do you accept returns and/or cancellations?
We purchase items from our distributors on a non-returnable basis. Subsequently, we must impose the same policy on our customers with the following exceptions:
- You receive an item that you did not order.
- You receive an item that is damaged or defective to be determined at our discretion.
- You receive an item that is not as described on our web site.
- You receive an item listed as returnable.

Returns or cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Returns may be subject to a 25% cancellation / restocking fee.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped during their respective Order Cycle or the next available shipment.
What are the acceptable payment methods?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal in $US Dollars.
Can Pre-Orders be changed after they are submitted?
Yes, if we haven’t ordered the items for you from our distributors. Please call (800) 484-5432.
Can I place phone orders?
No, because of high volume of items we can only offer online orders at this time.
How do you sell your items?
Pre-Orders: We sell our items via the Pre-Order process. Customers place their orders in advance of publication. Orders generally ship 2-3 months after listed on our site.
What happens if items arrive after the Shipping Cycle?
They will be included in the next regular Shipping Cycle .
What’s an example of an item shipping early?
Example: An October shipping cycle item arrives in September and you placed an September order, it will be sent early.
