The trailers teased that Vanessa Kirby’s Sue Storm is pregnant, so apparently, she has the baby in the movie.

Who is Franklin Richards?
In the Marvel Comics, Franklin Richards is the son of Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic) and Sue Storm (Invisible Woman) of the Fantastic Four.
Born with extraordinary powers, Franklin is considered one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel Universe.
He possesses vast reality-warping and time-manipulating abilities, enabling him to reshape the universe itself, create pocket dimensions, and even rival cosmic entities like Galactus and the Celestials.
